These terms apply to your use of the WI-Solar CRM early-access website (the “Site”), operated by Wevanta Infotech Private Limited (CIN U63122UP2025PTC230448), “we” or “us”. By using the Site or submitting an application, you agree to these terms.
1. Pre-launch product
WI-Solar CRM is a product under planning and development. It is not yet generally available, and there is no live software, dashboard or account you can access through this Site. All features described on the Site are planned; they may be changed, delayed or not built at all, depending on feedback and feasibility.
Interface images on the Site are illustrative concepts that use sample data. They do not show a live product or real customer information.
2. Early-access applications
- Submitting an application is free.
- An application is an expression of interest only. It is not an order, does not create a subscription or contract, and does not guarantee access to any pilot or product.
- We may contact applicants to discuss a potential pilot and may decide, at our discretion, whom to invite.
- You agree that the information you submit is accurate and that you are authorised to share it on behalf of your business.
3. Proposed pricing
₹999/month for up to 4 user accounts is a proposed discounted early-access price. It is not a binding offer. Final feature scope, account limits, onboarding date, billing start date, duration of any pricing and applicable taxes will be set out in separate written pilot terms, which you will be asked to accept before any payment. No payment is collected through this Site.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Site, including by submitting false or automated applications, attempting to interfere with its operation, or submitting other people’s personal data without their permission.
5. Intellectual property
The Site’s content, design and the WI-Solar CRM name are owned by or licensed to Wevanta Infotech Private Limited. You may view the Site for evaluating WI-Solar CRM, but may not copy or reuse its content for other purposes without our permission.
6. Third-party services and links
The Site uses third-party services (such as FormSubmit to deliver applications) and links to other websites, including our company website. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party websites and services.
7. No warranties
The Site and its content are provided “as is” for general information about a planned product. We do not promise that any feature, price or launch timeline described will become available, or that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Wevanta Infotech Private Limited is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from reliance on the Site’s description of planned features, pricing or timelines. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
9. Privacy

10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, the courts having jurisdiction over our registered office in Uttar Pradesh will have jurisdiction over disputes relating to the Site.
